Cleveland Cord Blood Center
Located on the eastside of the Cleveland, Ohio, metropolitan area, the Cleveland Cord Blood Center (CCBC) is a 2,680 sq.-ft. processing facility with designated, separated areas committed to cord blood unit receipt, accessioning, pre-processing and processing activity, sampling for release testing and cryopreservation.
The clean room suite features a Class 10,000 (ISO 7) clean room and an adjacent Class 100,000 (ISO 8) gowning room.
Facilities are designated to facilitate cGMP compliance and includes adequate space for separation of processes, unidirectional workflow, and surfaces that are easily cleaned.
Administrative, IT and quality team members are housed in adjacent offices to the processing facility.
